Customer will receive notification and tracking information once order has been shipped.
U.S. orders: shipping via USPS Priority (1-2 day transit time for West Coast & 3 day transit time for East Coast). Shipments include insurance and tracking information.
International orders (all orders outside of the U.S.): shipping via USPS First Class which includes insurance, customs form identification number, and tracking information. Generally, 5-10 day transit time, however, it varies by country.
Cornetti will not be held responsible for any duty, tax, or freight charges billed from any country outside the U.S. on international orders.

CUSTOMER MUST SEND A ‘request to return’ email within 5 days of the delivery date of the order. only full-priced sandals ordered from the “New Collection” page are eligible for refund (or store credit). Discounted sandals ordered from the “Sale” page are only eligible for store credit.
To return, please first email a ‘request to return’ to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cornetti does not cover the complete cost of return shipments: a flat fee of $10 will be deducted from the total return amount.
In order to be eligible to return, sandals must be unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition in which they were shipped. Returns will not be accepted if the sandals are scuffed on the tops or bottoms of the soles. Must include the original packaging: shoe box, tissue, and shoe bag.
On U.S. returns, Cornetti will email a UPS return label that the customer can print, attach to package, and drop at the nearest UPS location. Once the return label is sent, the return must be shipped within 5 days.
On international returns, all countries outside of the U.S., the customer must return through any ground or standard shipping means (POST, UPS, FEDEX, DHL) at customer's expense. Once the return authorization is provided, the return must be shipped within 5 days.
Once original order is returned and condition of the sandals is deemed unworn, a full refund (minus $10 on U.S. orders) will be issued within 3 business days for full-priced orders and a store credit sent via email for sale-priced orders. Refunds on full-priced will include the purchase price of merchandise and applicable taxes at time of sale. Customers can elect for an exchange as well; to have another size or color shipped in place. Shipping is free on exchanges.
