Cornetti offers free shipping to destinations within the United States

Orders ship from Cornetti’s office in California

Shipping occurs within 2-3 days of order placement

Once order ships, customer will receive an email notification with tracking information

Orders ship via USPS Priority (1-2 day transit time for West Coast & 3 day transit time for East Coast)

Two-day & overnight shipping options are available too

For orders shipping to worldwide destinations outside of the United States, there is a flat shipping fee of $25

Generally, transit time is 5-10 days, however, it varies by country

U.S.A Returns

To begin the return process, customer must first contact us here with a ‘request to return’ message within 5 days of order delivery. Cornetti will respond by email within 48 hours with a UPS return label that the customer can print, attach to package, and drop at the nearest UPS location

In order to be eligible for return, sandals must be unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition in which they were shipped. Returns will not be accepted if the sandals are scuffed on the tops or bottoms of the soles. Returns must also include original packaging: shoe box & shoe bag

Once return is received and condition of the sandals are deemed unworn, the customer can elect for any of the following options: refund, exchange, or store credit

*however, made-to-order sandals are only eligible for exchange or store credit

In the case of refund, customer will be issued a refund back to their original form of payment minus $10 restocking fee. Refund will include purchase price of merchandise and applicable taxes at time of sale

Allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed

Customers can elect for store credit or an exchange as well; to have another size or sandal shipped in place

Shipping is free on exchanges

Worldwide Returns outside the U.S.A

Cornetti will respond by email within 48 hours with instructions for how to return. Cornetti does not provide a return label for international returns. Customer must return through any ground or standard shipping means (POST, UPS, FEDEX, DHL) at customer's expense
